I didn’t find anything confusing about the subject matter covered in the podcast, but what I found most interesting was original landscape paintings. It was fascinating to see their evolution and why they were painted and then learning about the differences of landscape paintings in America.
I definitely found the intro music interesting! It was interesting to see the different examples of landscape photos and hearing you explain the differences and backgrounds on the photographers.
Nothing I had questions about, but the spectrum of landscape photos are really interesting and leave me with no idea of what I plan to do for my landscape photo.
Nothing specifically with the material covered confused me, but I found it really interesting how different photographers interpret diptych photography. I really enjoyed the photos of the weapons at the Smithsonian in contrast to the rock drawings, as well as the photos that showed multiple perspectives on a specific scene. The “play,” as you described it, is really fun and opens up a lot of possibilities in terms of perception.
